Abstract
Scutellarin-7-O-glucuronide (1) has been synthesized from 2-hydroxyl-4,5,6-trimethoxyacetophenone through eight steps, including Michael addition, cyclization, hydrogenation, hydroxyl protection, deprotection, etc. The overall yield of 13% is much higher than that reported (0.6%) by L. Farkas, G. Mezey-Vàndor et al. in 1974.Entities:
