Abstract
A simple bone cyst in the proximal humerus of an 18-year-old man was treated by percutaneous ablation with alcohol irrigation. Subsequent involution of the cyst was associated with fatty replacement within the intraosseous defect. A possible relationship between involuting bone cyst and apparent intraosseous lipoma is discussed.Entities:
