Abstract
A novel method for the analysis of oligonucleotide-oligonucleotide interactions is described. Oligonucleotides of different sequence are synthesised in situ as stripes on the surface of a glass slide (see accompanying paper). Multiple hybridizations are then carried out on each oligonucleotide simultaneously to determine the dependence of oligonucleotide duplex formation on duplex length, base composition, hybridisation solvent and sequence complexity.Entities:
