Abstract
Chronic total occlusion of the left main coronary artery (LMCA) is rare. Recently, percutaneous coronary intervention has been increasingly applied to unprotected LMCA lesions. We describe a patient with chronic total occlusion of the LMCA who was successfully treated with bifurcation stenting with sirolimus-eluting stents.Entities:
