Abstract
Transverse testicular ectopia (TTE) associated with persistent Müllerian duct syndrome (PMDS) is a rare genitourinary anomaly. The clinical and operative findings and treatment are discussed. It is very important to perform a careful exploration in TTE when the testes are undescended, in order to exclude the presence of PMDS. Transseptal orchidopexy is the surgical treatment of choice.Entities:
