Abstract
Sclerosing haemangioma is a rare variant of hepatic haemangioma. The radiological features on computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging may not be typical for haemangioma and can be confused with hepatocellular carcinoma. We report sclerosing haemangioma occurring in a 65-year-old woman where the radiological features raise the possibility of hepatocellular carcinoma.Entities:
