Non-traumatic acute myelopathy due to cervical disc herniation in contiguous two-level disc spaces: a case report.

Kyung-Jin Song1, Kwang-Bok Lee.

Abstract

Non-traumatic acute myelopathy caused by cervical disc herniation is rare, and no case has been reported which the disease was caused by the extrusion or migration of a cervical disc herniation of contiguously-located two-level disc space. In this report, the disease is described, and the direction of migration and surgical treatment of the disease are discussed.
