Abstract
Primary synovial sarcoma of the pleura is an uncommon entity in the present medical literature. However, the paucity of documented cases may be due to misdiagnoses as a malignant mesothelioma in the past. Early diagnosis with new molecular techniques may improve the outcome of this tumour, which is believed to have a grave prognosis at present.Entities:
