Rosmarinic acid production by Lavandula vera MM cell suspension: the effect of temperature.

Abstract

Lavandula vera MM cell suspension, grown at 28 degrees C in a 3-l bioreactor, produced rosmarinic acid maximally at 3 g l(-1)) though most biomass (33.2 g dry wt l(-1)) was at 30 degrees C.
