Abstract
Wilms' tumour is one of the most common abdominal tumours of childhood. Severe perirenal bleeding resulting in consumptive coagulopathy and colonic obstruction are rare complications of Wilms' tumour. We present a case report of one patient with these two complications, their successful management with preoperative angioembolisation and emergency nephrectomy, and a review of the relevant literature.Entities:
