Abstract
We report a patient with soft contact lens-induced keratopathy that caused Orbscan corneal topography (Bausch & Lomb) to show features suggestive of keratoconus. In cases such as this, Orbscan should be used with other examination techniques such as Placido disk-based topography or ultrasonic pachymetry to ensure the correct diagnosis.Entities:
