Abstract
Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) provides a powerful method to measure molecular dynamics and interactions in a wide variety of experimental systems and environments. In this article we focus on the use of FCS methods to quantify molecular interactions, including the use of diffusion analysis and molecular counting. Both autocorrelation and cross-correlation FCS measurements are discussed.Mesh:
