Abstract
Pulse field gel electrophoresis mapping is an important technique for characterizing large segments of DNA. We have developed two tools to aid in the construction of pulse field electrophoresis gel maps: PFGE READER which stores experimental conditions and calculates fragment sizes and PFGE MAPPER which constructs pulse field gel electrophoresis maps.Entities:
