Abstract
Partial tears of the articular surface of the rotator cuff are common lesions and when not repaired can lead to persistent pain and disability. In this report, we describe a transtendon method of repairing partial articular surface lesions that anatomically restores the footprint of the rotator cuff, allowing a broad area for tendon healing to bone.Entities:
