Abstract
This study evaluates the effect on low back pain of shortening osteotomy in patients with leg length inequality (LLI). Twenty-two patients were followed up after an average of 5 years. The mean preoperative LLI was 32 mm and was 4.3 mm at follow up. The degree of low back pain was significantly reduced after the operation.Entities:
