Abstract
Tuberculosis is increasing in prevalence in North America, mainly due to HIV infection. We describe an unusual case of TB of the thymus in a HIV sero-negative Filipino immigrant who preoperatively was thought to have a thymoma. We describe the clinical, radiologic and pathologic findings and review the literature on TB of the thymus.Entities:
