Abstract
We describe the case of an adolescent with severe Raynaud's phenomenon refractory to conventional medical management. Her course was complicated by fingertip ulceration and necrosis. The localized surgical technique of digital sympathectomy was successfully used in the management of her disease, and should be considered for intractable Raynaud's phenomenon.Entities:
