Abstract
An overdose of the semisynthetic, hallucinogenic amphetamine 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine resulted in convulsions, hyperthermia, hyperkalaemia and rhabdomyolysis. The patient's management, which included the use of dantrolene, is discussed.Entities:
