Changes in the structuredness of cytoplasmic matrix (SCM) induced in mixed lymphocyte interactions.

L Cercek, B Cercek.

Abstract

Mixed lymphocyte interactions were used to trigger lymphocytes into the cell cycle. The results show that changes in the biophysical state of the cytoplasmic matrix, i.e. in the SCM, are an early indicator of the onset of progression of cells into the cell cycle.
