Abstract
Seven-day food records of the MONICA project Augsburg dietary survey, which were collected between October 1984 and May 1985 in 899 men aged 45-64 years, were used to analyse seasonal variations. Variations could be found in several food groups, but nutrient intake was nearly the same in autumn, winter and spring--with the exceptions of total fibre and alcohol.Entities:
