Abstract
We studied the effects of Retinalamin (polypeptide preparation isolated from the retina) and a synthetic peptide Epithalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) on proliferative activity of retinal and pigmented epithelial cells. Experiments showed that Retinalamin and Epithalon (in certain concentrations) tissue-specifically stimulated proliferation of retinal and pigmented epithelial cell in culture.Entities:
