Abstract
Fournier's gangrene can still be a life-threatening condition with a high mortality rate. Diagnosis and treatment should be prompt and adequate. Radiological studies may help to define the extent of the disease preoperatively in cases in which this is unclear. Surgery with extensive debridement of all necrotic tissue is the mainstay of treatment.Entities:
