Abstract
A convenient remotely controlled no-carrier-added synthesis of enantiomerically pure O-(2-[18F]fluoroethyl)-L-tyrosine (FET) is described. This allows the distribution of the radiotracer to other laboratories according to the satellite concept. The radiochemical yield obtained within 80 min is about 60%. The FET containing HPLC fraction can be used immediately (after adding sodium chloride) for human application.Entities:
