Abstract
In summary, MRI has become the dominant imaging modality for assessing soft tissue disorders of the ankle. It is useful in evaluating patients with acute or chronic ankle pain or instability, and for diagnosis and staging of soft tissue mass lesions. MRI often provides information that is essential to treatment planning of a variety of traumatic, degenerative, and neoplastic lesions.Entities:
