E S Sharpe, K W Nickerson, L A Bulla, J N Aronson.

Abstract

Spores and parasporal crystals of Bacillus thuringiensis can be separated at moderate centrifugation speeds (10,000 to 12,000 rpm) in gradients of Renografin or sodium diatrizoate.
