Abstract
A visual image can be described by its temporal as well as spatial properties. A recent study of the asynchronous colour and motion perception has led to a new view of perceptual synchronisation, in which the temporal structures of events in the external world provide a general explanation of how events are bound or misbound in time.Mesh:
