Abstract
Pediatric capsulorhexis is a challenging surgical technique because of the elasticity of the pediatric anterior capsule. This technique of manual capsulorhexis allows reliable and reproducible results for the size and centration of anterior and posterior capsulorhexes in pediatric cases.
