Abstract
Currently, one of the most important unresolved questions concerning Helicobacter pylori is whether eradication of the organism leads to a sustained improvement in symptoms in patients diagnosed with functional (non-ulcer) dyspepsia. Recently, two very similar studies, the ORCHID and OCAY studies, have been completed and the combined results of these two multicentre, multinational, randomised, double blind, controlled clinical trials are reviewed.Entities:
