A non-parametric test for linkage with a quantitative character.

C A Smith.

Abstract

A non-parametric test for the detection of linkage between a quantitative and a mendelian character is described. It can be applied to families of three, two or one generations. The limitations, advantages and disadvantages of this test are discussed.
