Abstract
We report on 2-day-old neonate with trisomy 13 with coexistent distal aortopulmonary septal defect, aortic origin of the right pulmonary artery, interrupted aortic arch, intact ventricular septum, and a patent ductus arteriosus diagnosed by two-dimensional and color Doppler echocardiography. Review of the literature reveals that this patient is the 24th reported case of Berry syndrome and the first case of this unusual combination of cardiovascular defects associated with trisomy 13 syndrome.Entities:
