Abstract
Serious neurological complications after spinal anesthesia are rare, but do occur. The most common are postdural puncture headache and hypotension. Hypotension after spinal anesthesia is a physiological consequence of sympathetic blockade. The diagnoses and management of these sequelae are discussed.Entities:
