Abstract
We report the case history of a patient with complete spontaneous regression of metastatic cutaneous melanoma with parotid and neck lymph node metastases. Complete spontaneous regression of metastatic melanoma is very rare, with an estimated incidence of 0.22%-0.27%. We review the literature on this subject. Elucidation of the process of spontaneous regression may offer the possibility of improved methods of treating and preventing cancer.Entities:
