Abstract
Most authors agree that surgical decompression is the treatment of choice for tarsal tunnel syndrome when conservative treatment fails. Overall, the results of surgical treatment for tarsal tunnel have been favorable. Studies have shown that surgical release improves or resolves symptoms of tarsal tunnel syndrome in 85% to 90% of cases.Entities:
