Abstract
The simultaneous occurrence of maternal primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) and acute pancreatitis during pregnancy is very rare. We report a case of concurrent PHPT and pancreatitis during the third trimester of pregnancy. A summary of the relevant literature regarding the clinical course and recommended management in relation to this case is also presented.Entities:
