Abstract
Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) has been shown to be an effective noninvasive diagnostic tool that can be used to monitor serially biochemical and metabolic changes in serial disease processes that affect the brain. MRS is now a clinical tool that is reimbursable. This article reviews MRS physics, techniques, pulse sequences, and the clinical applications of MRS.Entities:
