Abstract
With the mounting of an ultrasound transducer on the end of a percutaneously placed catheter, intracardiac echocardiography is now possible. It has become clear that endocardial anatomy plays a critical role in a variety of cardiac arrhythmias. The ability to visualize this anatomy, and it's relationship to mapping and ablation catheters, may greatly enhance the safety and efficacy of catheter ablation procedures.Entities:
