Abstract
By RNA-DNA hybridization, as well as chemical and chromatographic analysis, evidence is provided that the bacteriophage T5 codes for the synthesis of two isoacceptor methionine transfer RNA species, tRNA-Met and tRNA-f-Met. Because of the differences in chromatographic properties of T5 phage and host methionine tRNAs, the phage tRNA species are readily distinguishable.Entities:
