Abstract
We report four cases of pulmonary mycobacterial disease (three due to Mycobacterium malmoense and one to Myco- bacterium avium intracellulare) complicated by the development of chronic necrotising pulmonary aspergillosis. Difficulties with treatment and the potential benefits of steroids are discussed.Entities:
