Abstract
The profile measurement capability of a scanning multidetector whole-body counter is described using line spread functions. Measurements in air and water phantoms, as a function of energy, are discussed in relationship to the relevant physical processes. A computer program for evaluating bodyprofile scans and an attempt to improve the resolution are reported.Entities:
