Abstract
The procedure of bell retinoscopy is described in detail, including changes in motion, color, and brightness of reflex. The responses are divided into eight categories. Suggestions are included to guide and direct the optometrist in prescribing lenses on the basis of bell retinoscopy.Mesh：
