Abstract
Recent studies suggest that the cytoplasmic tail of the Crumbs protein establishes membrane territories in polarised epithelial cells by stabilising a PDZ-domain protein complex. The isolation of a human Crumbs homologue required for normal vision revives questions about the role of Crumbs in cell-cell interactions.Entities:
