Abstract
Authors performed the mechanical termino-lateral bilio-digestive anastomosis, adopting a circular 21 mm stapler device. The patient was affected by non neoplastic papillary stenosis producing a common biliary tract dilatation so large to allow the stapler's head introduction. A 12 month follow-up was performed using ultrasonography and MRI cholangiopancreatography, that obtained a good demonstration of both biliary tract and bilio-digestive anastomosis.Entities:
