Abstract
Joint-like connections between clavicula and coracoid process are rarely diagnosed. In routine radiological examinations of the thorax, the authors found a posttraumatic ossification of the coracoclavicular ligament in four patients. This phenomenon can occasionally be the cause of shoulder pain. The anatomy and pathogenesis are described, with x-ray film examples, on the basis of four cases.Entities:
