Abstract
The metabolism of 3H-LAAM was studied in monkeys treated acutely and chronically with 2 mg/kg LAAM via intragastric catheter three times weekly. From the 15th week, 250 mg/kg ethanol every 2 hours (3g/kg/day) was also administered. This dose of ethanol did not impair the metabolism of LAAM in monkeys.Entities:
