Abstract
Adult Wilms' tumour, unlike that seen in childhood, is a rare disease. We report on two patients of whom one is alive with no evidence of disease at 65 months of follow-up and the other had no evidence of disease at 10 months when she was lost to follow-up. The literature has been reviewed and the prognosis and treatment alternatives are presented.Entities:
