Abstract
Primary leiomyosarcoma of the pulmonary artery is an extremely rare tumor that is frequently misdiagnosed as chronic pulmonary embolism. In the present case, early diagnosis and location in the left pulmonary artery permitted resection by pneumonectomy with total cardiopulmonary bypass.Entities:
