Unusual membrane fracture faces in polymorphonuclear leukocyte granules.

Abstract

Freeze fracturing of azurophil and specific granules from rabbit polymorphonuclear leukocytes reveals unusually high numbers of intramembrane particles. Both granules have significantly higher particle densities on the B than on the A fracture face.
