Abstract
On the experience of long-lasting personal observation of 350 myasthenic patients the author has applied the 'disability status scale' (known as Kurtzke or Bronx scale in multiple sclerosis practice) for myasthenia gravis. This system renders the quantitative evaluation of the different parameters possible. There are ten grades of gravity (from 1 to 10) and six functional systems (ocular, facial, bulbar, sceletal, respiratory and other functions).Entities:
