Abstract
We describe a case of cutaneous purulent aspergillosis in a 19-year-old man with chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) treated successfully with a 6-month regimen of itraconazole. The therapeutic effect of the drug was seen after 1 month of administration. Surgical treatment of the skin lesions, although first planned, was not necessary.Entities:
