Abstract
Gastrointestinal motility disorders are common in patients with diabetes. The entire gastrointestinal tract may be involved from the esophagus to the anal sphincter. Before instituting therapy, people with diabetes first require a careful diagnostic evaluation. Treatment includes tight glucose control and the use of antiemetics and prokinetic agents.Entities:
